• The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
• Items damaged during delivery or items sent incorrectly should be reported promptly with clear photographs.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
